When this program is run for the first time, it will place a bulb icon in the system tray on your Windows desktop (near the clock if you have it enabled). To bring up the configuration and be able to change settings for Twinkle Bulbs, simply left-click on the bulb icon. Right-clicking on this tray icon will bring up a popup menu of available options. Version 4.0 has been modularized. Now, bulb sets, music and screen saver modules for Twinkle Bulbs may all be added/removed separately from the program. This makes customization easier and allows updates to be downloaded by selecting the new options you like. Keep in touch with the Twinkle Bulbs web site for more information and available downloads. New bulb sets supported (registered users) are icon files (.ico) and compressed bulb files (.blz).
